Marina is a die-hard Arlingtonian, Oscar Wilde fan, and Oxford comma user. A Phi Beta Kappa honors society member with a soft spot for word play, she uses her English and psychology education to create stories and marketing assets with flair. Working across the nonprofit, publishing, and environmental sectors, she is committed to using her marketing experience and passion for social impact to engage, educate, and empower audiences.
When she’s not working, she’s writing short stories (especially satirical ones), learning to surf, and cheering her heart out at local drag shows. Quieter, more niche hobbies include reading dictionaries (legal and medical dictionaries are her favorites), playing indie videogames, and watching old National Dog Show competitions to memorize dog breeds.
